Here are some responses from the blog-o-sphere:
John MacArthur - “God’s Plan for the Gay Agenda”
God’s plan for many homosexuals is that they come to salvation. There were former homosexuals in the Corinthian church back in Paul’s day, just as there are many former homosexuals today in my church and in faithful churches around the country. With regenerated hearts, they sit in biblical churches throughout the country praising their Savior, along with former fornicators, idolaters, adulterers, thieves, coveters, drunkards, revilers, and swindlers. Remember, such were some of you too.
Albert Mohler - “California Supreme Court Redefines Marriage”
Unless stayed by another court, the ruling takes effect in 30 days, when California authorities will be required to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples. California voters will have another opportunity to protect marriage in November, when a proposed constitutional amendment will come before the electorate. The stakes now could not be higher.
Abraham Piper - “Gay marriage is more than a speck, but there’s definitely a log in our heterosexual eyes.”
Fighting gay marriage like it’s killing civilization seems inconsistent amid cultural curses like adultery, groundless divorce, and pornography—all hetero and legal.

Jeff Robinson - “California Ruling on Gay Marriage is Revolutionary and Radical”
Scripture is unambiguous regarding the place of honor that marriage-as defined by holy writ-must hold within the city of man among those whose future hope lies in the City of God: “Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled, for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterous.” (Heb 13:4)
Make a joyful noise to the LORD, all the earth!
Serve the LORD with gladness!
Come into his presence with singing!
Know that the LORD, he is God!
It is he who made us, and we are his;
we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise! Give thanks to him; bless his name!
For the LORD is good; his steadfast love endures forever, and his faithfulness to all generations.

…with humility, to start with. It is not as though we have been studying human sexuality for very long, not as though the Christian voice is clear and unambiguous on these issues, and not as though Christian marriage and what goes on at the justice of the peace are the same thing.

Certainly we should respond with humility in knowing that God is sovereign and in control of the changes of this world.
However, even if the Christian voice as a whole is not clear on the issue of homosexuality, scripture is certainly very clear. John MacArthur gives a great list of scripture in which God condemns it as a sin:
Abraham Piper’s response is what I think our response of humility should be. It should be viewed in that homosexuality is a sin, just like divorce, pornography and adultery are. “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” - Romans 3:23
